The construction contract for this type of ship was signed in March 2021. It is planned to build 8 ships in Guangzhou Shipyard International, which will be built by MSC Mediterranean Shipping Co., Ltd., and China Ship Leasing Corporation and China Merchants Bank Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. will provide financing in the form of direct lease.
